What is Compassion Sunday? This is a day where the Partners and guests of One take church to the community. During this event, we come together to serve the Collin County in a variety of ways, and it always happens when there's a 5th Sunday. Click here to watch our Compassion Sunday video.
Compassion Week
Instead of Compassion Sunday in May we will do Compassion Week.
We will share God's love to others by serving the Collin Country community together through prayer, love and giving.
Each life group will coordinate a service project, which the life group may participate in, or you may serve at a project of your choosing:
Service projects include:
- Feed needy single parent families in
Frisco and Allen
- Serve a meal to our Fire fighters in
Frisco
- Volunteer at the Samaritan Inn Thrift
Store
- Build a house with Habitat for Humanity
- Help our Elementary school teachers
prepare for the summer
- Bless our elderly
- Volunteer at the Frisco Family Services
Thrift store
- Create your own project
